Far worse than my last visit. They made many customers and my order wrong. After long waiting I finally got my food correctly,... the avocado has many grayish, looks not fresh, and the patty is thin and overcooked, it tastes so dry, even hurts my throat. Read more

Long wait to get our food-- I haven't been to many Shake Shacks, so many that's expected? Food was decent. We got their... signature burger, a cookies and cream shake, and fries. The burger is alright, the shake is decent, but nothing special. Ithought the fries were really good. Read more

Bad experience here: 1. Didn?t receive any text and waited for a loooong time; 2. Ordered crispy chicken avocado burger, but... come on the size is just half of the one from the menu?s picture; 3. One of burger it?s hard to consider it as crispy chickenburger, rather should be white meat burger? This place needs a better management staff. I have tried to call them 6 times and they still have not called back. i ordered... food, asked for no bacon, what do i get bacon, some takes the food back to the kitchen comes back 1 minute later said here's afresh sandwich, i said i just seen you remove it, its not fresh. then we had to wait for fresh burgers decided to take it to go,get to the house and still found a small piece of bacon. Tried shake shack for the first time, and the shack stack. The mushroom is definitely the highlight of this burger, meat wise if... it was double patty it'd be better. I'd definitely go back again, but if you're looking for pure value, in n out can't be beatsince this burger is around $10. The crinkle cut fries were nice and crisp definitely better than typical chains but again, ifyou're looking strictly for value, 5 guys (fries) can't be beat. If you are looking for a mushroom based burger, then for sureshake shack makes a pretty good one. Read more

Great place to eat during shopping adventure at the mall. I love how clean and spacious this location is. There?s plenty of... outdoor and indoor seating. You order at a kiosk or online and the food came pretty quickly. The server, Mia, was verypersonable and provided excellent service. Read more
