I came in and ordered a cup of coffee. Coffee was old and bitter. No one spoke English I asked for a fresh cup and no one... understood what I was saying. I know the manager overheard my conversation but no one seemed to care. Disgusting. Read more
Horrible customer service. The managers face when you ask for a new sandwich.. I ordered sausage egg and cheese sandwich as... usually.. what I get was literally 1/4 of the egg. I bit into it once before I realized there was no egg. So I requested newsandwich nicely. They told me I have to throw away my first one in the garbage and they were staring at me and waiting until Ithrow it in the garbage. Eaten here before. It's McDonald's, no complaints. Tried to go after work today (Oct. 3rd '22) and it was closed at about 8:20.... A couple sitting outside said they closed at 8. No hours posted on the doors. Read more
It is located in the Stanford shopping mall. The food is comparable to other McDonald's fast-food restaurants but you pay the... mall premium. Plenty of free parking but no drive thru. It is a convenient place for a quick bite if you are visiting Stanfordhospital or Stanford university. Read more
We got drinks and chicken nuggets here. They were both of usual McDonald's quality. The machines to checkout are very slow... though. The staff are used to it. It takes 30 sec - 1 min for the transaction to complete. I think this location has badreception. The interior is also very small and there is barely room for a line of 3 people. Read more
