Bad management. The restaurant has been understaffed for at least a year. The employees are always miserable and the customers... are always frustrated, creating a feedback loop that makes things worse for everyone. I'm sympathetic to how difficult this yearhas been for businesses, but prices are up, they still have more customers than they can serve, this is a solvable problem thatthe business chooses not to solve. Awful, rude service, terrible food, unhygienic food-preparation area, ran out of some key items (lettuce), refused to replace... others that were dirty (sour cream containing food debris), and to top it off, terrible stomachache a couple of hours afterconsumption. We ordered two burritos on Uber Eats from this location (Uber Eats was fine, this review is on Chipotle). I was completely... shocked when we received them. They were literally 1/3 the size of what they should have been. They also lacked the guac we paidfor ($8 worth!). There were maybe 5 pieces of meat in the entire thing (I could literally count this because they were so fewand so ridiculously over-salted). Mostly just beans and rice. Just really sad. The food is really good here. The beans and rice are made much better here than other at locations. I love the quality of their... tortilla chips.
