Probably the worst chipotle in America. They are always having issues. ?No mobile ordering? ?no credit cards? frequently out of... stuff. Sometimes they are out of cheese, or sour cream. Sometimes they are out of utensils. There?s always something subtractingfrom what should be a smooth and easy experience. The staff members are great, but where is the manager? I?ve got food hereprobably over 30 times. I have never seen one manager or franchise owner on site. This location would benefit greatly fromhaving an experienced leader on site. Read more

Worst Chipotle ever. They never open on time. The food hasn't been ready more than a few times. I've been in line and when it... was my turn they literally turned me away saying they are only accepting mobile orders after I waited in line. The service withone particular young guy is terrible. Straight up has you bag your own food and walks away after your order and doesn't sayanything. This location is awful. I feel like I can manage it better. Update: my last visit I went up to the counter and thestaff memeber stated that they could not take orders because they were waiting for a manager. Stay tuned for more badexperiences. Read more

The most low effort, lackluster customer service ever. This is the first time I've never been to any food establishment, much... less a Chipotle and had the food server ask no questions at all. They just grab a bowl, stand in front of the food options andlook at you. They don't ask you which options you want. They just look at you with a frown and wait for you to tell them what toscoop. Then take one step to the left and repeat. Who is managing this store and allowing this kind of behavior? It's justbarely the bare minimum of service. Ordering online or through a counter screen would be more warm and inviting. Like, justinstall the AI robots already. At least AI still greets you and is polite. Read more

Every week I get my burrito at San Carlos location and they are very friendly and always get what I like last week I visited... your Stanford and really got very frustrated with them to the point I preferred to live my food and did not eat I do not like tomuch starch and always get more vegetables and no beans and no rise. They were counting every little pice they put on my plateand I decided to ask for more and make me feel so bad and the answered was they can not. Really bad service. The guy who was scooped the rice and chicken gave so little and he looked at me like I was a beggar. I asked... him for a white rice bowl and he gave me half a spoon's rice so I asked for more. He then looked very unhappy and only addedlike a tablespoon. When we got to the proteins part, the dude added a half spoon full of chicken and was about to add anotherhalf scoop. Then he looked at me and put it back, VERY provocative. Supposedly the workers are suppose to give you 1 and 1/2scoop of chicken, but dude only gave half. Unpleasant meal, i hope you fire him. Edit: counted number of pieces of chicken,total 10 pieces. Good quality is good, but be ready to spend a long time waiting in line and interact with some employees that could care less... about you. I?ve never had slower service in my life or been standing there without anyone acknowledging my presence. This storelacks organization which leads to inefficiency.
