Chef Julien did a fantastic job with the dairy-free carrot cake we requested. My partner can\'t have any milk products and it\'s... not easy pulling off a carrot cake with no milk products such as cream or cream cheese frosting. We also requested that it notbe too sweet. Most places put way too much sugar in their desserts. He said he wasn\'t into adding too much sugar into desserts,but just enough.\n\nThe cake was the perfect amount of sweetness, perfect amount of moisture, and the perfect amount offrosting. He also added white, purple and orange carrots which made it artistic and fun.\n\nMy partner said it was the bestcarrot cake that he\'d ever had!
