The sandwich artist almost messed up my order but I stop her just in time and I got my sandwich right and it was very good
I have never had this bad of customer service in my entire life. Rude, annoyed , eye rolls, raised there voices and the lady... behind me for asking a question. One girl was young with blue hair, the other was older with dark hair that was a blue-green atthe ends. I?m absolutely shocked at how these ?employees ? treated everyone. Loudly yelling ?I can?t wait till 4 o?clock! ? I?min the restaurant industry so I know good and bad customer service. This is by far the worst I?ve ever experienced. Read more

In the past, I have been a big fan of Subway sandwiches but I have stopped going into my neighborhood store, or any Subway... store, as Subway is continuing their operations in Russia. Over 400 companies (Starbucks, McDonalds, Coca-Cola, Renault, etc.)have stopped operations or moved out of Russia after that country's invasion of Ukraine. Subway has "refused to pause" itsoperations despite the invasion citing it is too difficult to close down. I will no longer be supporting any Subway store."Jersey Mike's" sub stores should be picking up a lot of Subway's business...I think they are excellent, especially the steakand cheese sandwiches...and they have gluten free subs if needed! Ordered delivery and didn?t receive product until and hour past the estimated time. DO NOT ORDER delivery at this location it... will take a lifetime. They left our food sitting out on the counters for north of 40 minutes according to the worker at thestore. Employee refused to remake our soggy cold sandwiches or to give us a refund. Employee also got an attitude and verballyaggressive with my girlfriend when asking her to make this situation right. I have filed a complaint with subway Hq but I want amanager or owner to maker this right. This is ridiculous and disheartening. Read more
I ordered online. My husband went to pick up the order and they told him they never received it. Meanwhile, I have an order... number and they charged my credit card. They made another sub (not what I had ordered) and charged us again. I went back withthe wrong sub and had them make a new one. They then acted like they were doing me a big favor, giving me a foot long, but onlycharging for a 5". They also lied to us about what actually happened. After comparing notes with my husband, we paid for 2 1/2subs. We tried to call them...they never answer their phone. Ended up having to refuse the last two charges with my credit cardcompany. 3 times now I have wanted a subway sandwich when leaving Food Lion but the front sidewalk is a smoking lounge for their... employees I refuse to walk thru the smoke and now the employees both smell like smoke and there personal cleanliness isquestionable Ive even seen half smoked cigarettes left on the first table ready for their next break...YUCK!
