This is the second time we have had our order messed up. Tired to figure away they could help fix it. But they truly don?t seem... like they care to much about the customers. Treble customer service. Will have to find a better Quality restaurant. Don?tunderstand that without customers you have No business. Ample parking as its in a shopping center. Clean bathrooms. Staff is friendly although often seem like they are rushing around.... Sushi selections are on point and always fresh and vibrant. You can watch them make the sushi at the bar. The counter isslightly cluttered. Big food selection. This is an Asian setup, so no noodles or yum yum sauce. For the first time I ordered and the woman there was extremely rude then hung up. These Asian places in VA need to be more... courteous. I have traveled all across the country. Heading out to see how the food is. They should consider that some people arehired to give reviews on restaurant performance and interaction with the customers. Read more
Yes! They're fully open again. Stopped by today and was happy to find that they are open for dine-in. This has been our... favorite restaurant at the lake for many years and they did not disappoint this evening. Their soup is soothing, and thehibachi steak and shrimp is fresh and tasty. Love it! I love the sushi! The seared shrimp was so good the first time I had it that I had to order double two days later when I came... back lol. I wish I could have experienced dining in before covid became a problem. Hopefully in the future things will improveand I'll be able to go in and enjoy everything. It is a bit expensive but when you have quality food, you're going to payquality food money honey. Read more
Eating here was actually an emotional experience for me. I saw the sign that said ?Hibachi? and got excited, walked in to find... no Hibachi tables and thought ?Great, another subpar hole-in-the-wall? and then had some of the best Japanese food I?ve evertasted. As an appetizer, we ordered the gyoza (fried chicken dumplings). These were AMAZING. I could have eaten three or fourorders of these by myself. Next, our miso soup was brought out. It had a really great flavor, and the three year old in ourgroup had two bowls all on her own. Four our main course, I shared a steak and chicken hibachi grill dish with my girls; it wasdefinitely enough food for the three of us. The steak and chicken were cooked perfectly and well seasoned and the fried rice andvegetables never made it to the to-go box. My mother ordered the ?General?s chicken? and it was great! Definitely better thanwhat you get from the food court or Panda Express. My dad had a chicken hibachi dinner and a plate of sushi (I don?t rememberthe name); he said he would rate the sushi a 4/5.
