Today at this location I a disabled veteran that?s Hispanic/Native American was discriminated against while simply trying to get... coffee for myself, my kid and sister. The male working the morning told me point blank they were closed when in fact they had aline of white people in front of me. I left, told my sister who is white, she then charged right in to see if she would bedenied and in fact she was told by him it would be a couple of minutes. This is disgusting behavior that they have allowed intheir workplace and if they can?t change what happened, this will continue on with that same male employee or others. He left mefeeling humiliated and that I didn?t belong in the establishment. The sadder part is the people in line did nothing to help, orstand up to see what he did was wrong. Nor did his female workers, no one stepped in to correct this behavior. Read more
This is the Dunkin' inside of Walmart in Palmyra. I mentioned this cause a lot of people seem to mistake this rating section for... the drive thru location I between Irving's and burger king. Anyways! I work here, so I can't give an unbiased opinion haha, andthat is all. Read more

The ladies here make the best coffees in town. They are far superior to the other dunkin in town. Would be perfect if the had... sesame bagels and opened at 5am so I never had to go to the other one. Read more

As a customer I will give this place three stars only because I grab a coffee almost everytime I go into Walmart. Now as someone... whom has worked here I must say is absolutely a place that needs to have more attention by not only the general manager, but theowner as well. The actual Manager needs to do a better job clearly. When I was working in 2017 at this location I always sawflies landing on donuts and we were told to kill them, however they never had us put new donuts out, so some people that werenot aware proably ate a donut that flies have touched. If you ask me see through doors ought to be put onto the donut displaycases that way this problem doesn't occur. I feel so bad for the customers that come here and don't know a lot about how thingswork. Now some of the employees are very hard workers and they get stressed when they complain and nothing gets done forinstance the fly problem. It really isn't the employee its the owners, they are greedy with they're money. The manager at thetime even fired me by texting me and telling me I was fired for not showing up on a day that he told me not to show up on. I'vehad a grudge with him ever sense, because I always kept that place cleaner than could be. Always kept things stocked. I was ahard worker and hated how I got treated in the end for simply speaking my mind about the problem of ordering more than needed(shelves were stacked so high to where if a box fell on someone it would hurt. Also no room for anything.) and not wanting to dothe stocking part, because I got so stressed from not having the room for anything. My working experience was horrible. Somedaysits okay and others its not as a customer. Some aren't bothered about presentation, however for me I expect coffee shelves to bestocked (which I always did while I worked their.) and presentable to the customer. A positive attitude goes a long way and can make a customers day. Well that was not the case at this Dunkin' Donuts. The front... counter person appeared stress. With customers out front she was complaining about a staff person who had left during a rushwith another co worker who was in the back do who knows what. I had decided to go with out and go do my shopping. I did not wantto do business in a place where this establishment is lacking support from management for their staff where at times they seemoverworked and overwhelmed. To management I would say please help your staff in a way where they are not stress and where theyenjoy their job. My sandwich was completely cold because the girl working at 1020am on this fine Wednesday morning chose to heat an egg on the... croissant setting. She was literally just walking around eating the munchkins before I ordered... I watched her heat it on thewrong setting hoping she would do the right thing and fix it. Nope. I was on break, didn't have much time to ask to fix. Butjust saying y'all should have some integrity. Do the right instead of being lazy. I normally always have good service here.
