I don't know why, but every time I'm in the drive-thru, they get my order wrong! Plain= no veggies and dry=no sauce. I drove out... before checking my order...but for the price, at least give me the right order! Cheese was on top of the bun! Last night's munchies meals were so good! I was debating between the chicken sandwich and nacho monster taco but this munchie... meal comes with everything prepared already so ???? why not? Got to admit i come here all the time! But lately you all have been heating the food up in old Oil i can taste it and see it. it... drips alot and has a black-ish color. I took pictures of 2 different occations that i went and ordered the same thing yet thepotatoes were still heated in old oil they were dark brown it even made the cheese look dark. Contacted jack directly they didntcare they cared more for theyre survey than the customer's problem. I cant correct you guys or my food will be sent back withspit. Can you all like put new oil i know you all dont want to waste it TRUST ME i know but come on its nasty!
