Horrible customer service. I was missing an item from my order. Ok, fine. NBD. But when I called the store, I could hear an... employee in the background making fun of me for caring about the missing part of my order. When I arrived back at the store,they were purposely slow about getting the item to me. No greeting, no apology, definitely not reticent. Without question, one of the worst customer service skills in the Wingstop game. They leave you waiting endlessly on hold, you... arrive at the counter still on hold and the phone off the hook. Can't make this stuff up, call for yourself. Read more
Terrible place. Horrible customer service. Tried to place an order online because they can not take orders over 49.95 to pay... online. Called the place to get options and they left me hanging on the phone. Went in person and voiced my discomfort and themanager had the audacity to tell me that that can of behavior was unacceptable. I love Wingstop but the Old Cutler location has always rubbed me the wrong way. I think I?m going to have to drive a little bit... further to come here if I want wings. Service was wonderful, but I did have to wait a couple minutes after my ready time. Thewings were full sized, which was shocking for me. They were also perfectly cooked! Disgustingly disgusting.. couldn?t even eat the wings..tasted like fried cardboard filled with grease and I ended up spitting it... out. Also, the manager really should speak to his employees about eating while working on orders, as well as wiping faces withpaper towels with gloves on, then proceeding to prepare food.
