Messed up my order by sending the wrong pizza, called the driver letting them know they sent the wrong pizza and says they'll be... back at the store in 10 minutes to get us our correct pizza. After about 40 minutes I have to drive to the store while being onhold with the store to ask about my order and ask for a refund. I get told no to a refund because just one pizza is incorrect.The driver lied and said that I had no issue with the incorrect pizza when I called. Awful! Ordered last night and after almost 2 hours of the order the tracker was still showing ?prep??. We called the store so... many times with no answer? around 11 pm we decided to drive to the store (the store was close! When online it said opened. Alsoall their lights were on as if someone was inside)?. I want my money back. Stay away from this place. Read more

Delivery issues, they said it will take 30 and 45 minutes. ordered at 1:00pm Over an hour later and I called back to track the... order, they did not answer the phone, the call system recognizes you have placed an order and keeps holding you on the linesaying the "pizza is in the oven". Called back from another number to be able to reach to someone and they could not contactthe store either, neither track the order. Never again, I had to leave my house 2.15 hours later and Pizza still not received. Endless calls and no one resolved, they just transfer from person to person until it disconnects. Read more
This location is horribly inconsistent, with most of my experiences being UNFAVORABLE. On this occasion, my order arrived late... and cold. I ordered extra cheese but barely got any at all. I called and spoke to the manager who was very unprofessional. Shesounded like a child and was laughing with employees in the background as I explained the issue. I'll stick with Papa Johns fromnow on. Read more
This is the worst Dominoes i have ever ordered from. Always a problem with this place and you never get the free pizza that was... promised from the last screw up. This time was the last straw. The food took 47 minutes to get here and was cold. The chickenwas raw or rotten cause when my wife bit into it a red liquid came out that made her almost throw up. (picture attached) Themanager Xamoria refuses to speak english to you when there is a problem but any other time she speaks it fine. The staff isrude, un-trained and are constantly handling their dirty phones. Frankly I dont know how this place is still allowed to beopen. STAY AWAY!! Read more
