Honestly love the 3rd shift crew. The amount of times their friendliness and conversation has kept me in this world they?ll... never know. Just one cook and one waitress at 3 am. Michael the cook and I feel horrible that at the moment while writing this Ican?t remember her name. Both should be promoted to management and given a significant raise. I?ve seen them work through a 2 amrush and make it happen and still be friendly and put out a quality above even the Waffle House standard product. Read more
The place was dirty food all over the counter. 3 people eating all our meats was on one plate. We ordered allstars /bacon with... extra sausage. one plate contained all the bacon and the other had all the bacon. We are friends not family but where doesthat happen. Read more
I just came in with my family, 10 minutes to 10 on a Wednesday night. Waffle house was obviously a last choice for dinner,... walked in, some dumb little girl that works there told me she isn't taking any more orders, I said so I can't sit down and orderfood and she said no. This is been the most terrible trip I?ve ever had to waffle House. I have visited all four waffle houses on the southside of... Atlanta in Newnan the ones in Palmetto and Union City to be told every Thursday Friday Saturday night that they are closed. I donot have any issues Sunday through Wednesday to come and get food at 4 o?clock in the morning they have a Cook in a serverinside the restaurants doors are locked shades are down this is not waffle house this is not what waffle house was in there?snever been this way this is unacceptable. I have waited three weeks for a phone call back from a unit manager a district manageror division manager and still have not received a phone call. Awful and I was not pleased with service and the taste of the food. Cheese eggs had the film of the iron skillet and the waffle... iron was so black it would not produce a perfect waffle. Read more
