They never put enough meat on the sandwiches I get. There are 3 thin slices of turkey on my sandwich. There are more vegetables... and bread than meat! This is unacceptable!! I can't even taste the meat in the sandwich, while I eat it!! Smh. Never again Read more
I love the meatball sub. They literally put them one next to the other. I asked for jalapenos. They literally put like 5 on it.... I asked for banana peppers and they only put 5. I asked for more of both and they rolled through with another 5 of each. Come onnow, I'm paying $8-$9 for a sub. Either go up in price to put some toppings and meat on my sub or sell your franchise. I love this Subway. I've done business with them for years. Their food is always good and fresh. The owners are very polite and... friendly. I dont live in Palmetto but when ever I'm in that area, I always make sure to pay them a visit. Read more
Don't get the steak! This location uses half the steak of EVERY OTHER SUBWAY as a means, I assume, of saving money. When you... call them on it, they just laugh and nod. I don't know if they skimp on all other meats or not as I've only gotten steak twice.I will never eat here again! Read more
Extremely friendly, fast customer service. There was a few people dining in and a few having sandwiches made so I figured this... must be a good location. Everything was so fresh and stocked I love black olives (extra, extra black olives)..lol any waysunlike most Subways they allowed me to really get my Cold Cut Combo just how I wanted it. Owner was extremely condescending and rude. He also tried to stop his employee (who was very nice and exhibited exceptional... customer service) from giving extra veggie. Owner states "No, That's too much". Employee responds "If that's what they want".Owner says "well that's $2 extra". Employee says "Here Ill pay for it". The management of this establishment is extremely rude,dismissive and condescending to customers. If possible I would give a -2 for customer service and satisfaction plus not honoringcertain subway coupons. Read more
