This is without a doubt THE WORST McDonalds I've ever visited. Poorly trained unknowledgeable staff, expired, rotting salads... have been served, ice cream machine has been working one time in the past 4 yrs., and never any concerned correspondence orsolution has been offered by the managers or franchise owner. My son placed an online order. The problem was once he gave the code, the order was not available. They said he had to be there.... I go and get him to bring him back, the order was not available. Then, it was once they knew what he ordered. The managerexplained to me once order is placed you must pick, drive-thru or inside to pick up the order. The biggest problem was onceinside no one acknowledged either time that we were inside the building. Customer service is always the key to a happy customer. Read more
I waited in drive thru line 30 mins before I got to the speaker, I ordered and I still had to tell my whole order again at the... window because the girl was pretty much clueless on what she was doing. I get my food and I'm missing chicken nuggets and tomatoadded on my sandwiches so I drive back around and the rude girl at the window said to pull up and someone would bring it rightout so I waited 10 more mins and no one came so I drove back around and she got an attitude with me after I said the wait hasbeen ridiculous. She still didn't put one of my sandwiches in the bag so I said something and she just gave me a sandwich butstill no tomatoes. Everyone was so rude and they were all just talking instead of working at a steady pace. Just rude rude rude.I tried to call a manager this morning but of course they phone line is disconnected. My fries were cold and the you lady working the drive thru took them back but told them they weren?t cold. Gave me fresh ones... but didn?t put salt on them. My sandwich was warm but not fresh. It?s been over 6 months since iced coated this locationbecause service is awful and food is not the correct temp. I will say the person who took my order was nice and the personcollecting the money was nice too. I am over the poor quality that is provided at this location and Palmetto, GA in general. Honestly, the reason that McDonald?s fails to provide good customer service and good food is because of the quality of staff.... They hire too many teenagers that don?t care about customer service or providing quality food. The only reason McDonald?s isstill open is because of affordability. The food was okay but I can tell it was not fresh. When you go to McDonald?s, it caneither be a hit or miss. And this was a miss. Read more
Listen I have read these reviews and they are mostly all bad , but I'm here to tell you the two ladies that open in the morning... are so freaking awesome . They deserve a big raise . They went out of there way to serve us because we are truck drivers andcan't go through drive threw and that's all that was open because of lack of employees.
