The struggle is real. Please help your morning team. Good lord, you can't take 15+ mins to get a croissant and french toast... sticks served. Placed mobile order after checking hours online which states they open at 6am. I arrived at 6:55am doors locked. I went around... to the drive thru and the young lady told me that they were closed until 7am. I inquired about canceling my mobile order and wasleft in silence. Went into the restaurant two days in a row and never had my order even taken. Today I was the only one waiting at the cash... register to place my order for 18 minutes. I was actually the only one there inside! I left needless to say. This place needspeople with just a little bit of work ethic. Haven't had their food yet because of being new. I may never know. Great customer service always. I went last night to get my online order, the dining area was closed due to staff shortage and... the drive thru line was over 20 cars (rush hour). Kimberly was very kind and fast to help us to get our diner through the frontdoor even that they were being slammed with orders back there. Keep the good work ???? Read more
I am so over this place! They just opened and this is just sad. The people are rude and the food is terrible. Every time I have... visited something has been missing or cooked poorly. Just go to Bojangles, it?s cost a little more but at least the food isgood. Throw the whole Burger King away! Read more
Been to this Burger King twice. Both times they failed. The first time, just after they opened. My Whopper had the wrong... toppings. I only ordered 2 toppings, how do you screw up 2 toppings. Also, no milkshakes. The second time was a month later.Pulled up to order. Started to place my order. The guy inside stopped me before I finished placing the order. I waited over 5minutes. When a car pulled into the other lane, he started to take their order. I won?t be going back to this Burger King, ever. Read more
