I'd give it 3.5 stars. This location seems okay for a quick bite. The person taking our order seemed confused when we asked for... a deluxe baked potato until we said we wanted the one with cheese and bacon. We wanted two potatoes, but they only had one leftduring lunchtime. (I worked fast food, so I get that it happens sometimes) The potato I got was a bit overdone but not bad. We waited for 30 minutes to get a family size chili. We waited for 10 minutes to have someone take our order. There were 4... employees standing around talking at the window. We paid with cash because the register would not take cards because somethingwas programmed incorrectly. It is always lousy service at this Wendy's. It is NEVER busy. Shocker! I would not trust them tomake food except for the Chili. It is a sad sad situation. The one we go to in North Myrtle Beach SC is even worse. Theynever have but 2 employees working. I can't imagine owning one of these. If it makes you feel any better McDonalds is almostas bad and Burger King is as bad as Wendy's. Maybe ChickfilA could start training all fast food restaurants. Seriously. Wenever go to Wendy's except when we want the Chili. Maybe twice a year. We used to go once a week. I don't know who owns theseplaces anymore but they can't be making much money. The price of Chili went up $5. It was $10. last year now it is $15. Theservice is horrible and the prices keep going up. Read more
I had a horrible experience at the Wendy?s in Ellenton so I decided to try the Palmetto location. There wasn?t a single person... in the drive thru OR the parking lot so I was nervous but everything was HOT! The fries were fresh and crispy! I tried afrosty-cinno and haven?t stopped thinking about it since. I don?t have Wendy?s often but I?ll make the drive to this locationfrom now on. Read more
This restaurant was so dirty on the inside and there's dust all in the cracks of the walls the cashier doesn't know how to... speak to a customer she was very unhappy working or she was having a bad day but even the cook kept staring like she didn'twant no one in the lobby because drive thru was busy. This store needs new people and a new model. Read more

Came to this Wendy?s before the manager was very kind. I believe his name was ION. Came back and there was a diff manager not... sure of her name but she was an African American with a short wig on her head. Very rude and impatient. I tried being politehoping it would brighten her day to no avail. She was even rude to her employees in front of us customers. Biscuits were goodtho! Read more
2 times did NOT. Honor their Promotional Advertised Offer. When Lightning score 4 + goals or shutout u get freee Double stack.... Went there last night after game they said no it was too soon after game. It was over they won 6 - 1. No deal. Then go back at2:37 pm today manager says NO she doesn't have an email. I even showed her they won on my phone and she needs to give theiroffer. She said NO cause she doesn't have an email???? So a national restaurant chain would not honor their store promotionbecause manager does not have an email???
