Called to inform them that both pizzas in my order were raw and they... wanted me to drive up to the store with the pizzas so they could "investigate". Ordered online, went in for pickup and none of the workers were wearing any gloves and handling all of the food. They had my... order wrong and my pizza was still in the oven even though the tracker told me it was ready, not that big of a deal but I wasn'tvery excited about eating food that gloveless employees were handling. Would not recommend unless better food safe proceduresare implemented. Read more
I have been pleased in the past, I have always enjoyed speaking with the delivery people and listening to their stories of what... they are aspiring to do. Just recently 12/24 the company messed up my order. I didn't realize it at first as I took the pizza tomy friend's house as we were starving. Pizza was great; however, I did not get the Italian sandwich I had ordered and could notcommunicate the next day as they were closed for Christmas (thank GOD for acknowledging the day and I say that respectfully).Moving forward, I spoke with the store manager Michael this evening regarding what had happened, he stated place an order onlinebut do not pay. He was going to manually correct the order to give me the sandwich I had not received. I ordered extra food so Icould feel good about giving the delivery driver a decent tip (always 4-5 dollars rounded up) I know by their stories they areusually supplementing incomes. I received my order this evening, pizza cold, did not receive the "missing" sandwich, was told bythe delivery female driver she was expecting cash. Quote unquote said "hey man" as I am 40+years her senior I corrected her andsaid I am sir to you. I had invited one of my my best friends to my home for dinner, he is a renowned photographer for over 30years in this area worked for Bradenton Herald etc.; he overheard everything. End of story I called the store in front of thedriver as I wanted to pay my bill (store never answered phone) delivery driver called the store as well as she wanted paid andleft. I have lost all confidence in this location to deliver a proper product. I fear of retaliation due to this post, will notorder from this store. ordered two pizzas at 6:30pm on Tuesday, Nov. 15th for delivery. Well, Quality check happened at 6:50pm. It is now 8:15pm and... no pizzas!!!!!
