Last night a friend and I went to this restaurant for dinner. The restaurant itself was very clean, cozy and the decor was very... nice. We ordered our mains and appetizers at the same time. After waiting quite a while(there was some large take out orders soI was okay with waiting) we got our mains at the same time as our apps. The apps were a little cold. We didn?t receive cutleryand our server kept walking past us so after about 15 minutes of us having our food the server finally brought us cutlery anddidn?t give us a chance to speak. We both got the boneless wings and they were dry and did not taste good. Of course, wecouldn?t mention it to the staff because our server didn?t ask us how anything was not came over to our table. After sittingthere for another lengthy period of time the server asked us if we wanted our bills, which she had already printed?we weren?tasked how our food was until after we had paid. I gave a two star review because this place has a lot of potential but assomeone who has worked in the food industry most of my life, it needs a lot of work. Read more
Ordered online 2 hours before my lunch break. I arrive during my lunch break and my order is nowhere to be found. I waited 10... minutes, went and grabbed my phone to show them a receipt. Once I came back in the mysterious found my order. My order was thencompleted in under 5 minutes. To my acknowledge from being a supervisor in the food industry chicken wings take at least 15-20minutes to cook. That being said my wings were clearly reheated and not made fresh. ???? on top of that I specifically ask formy salad dressing to be on the side but instead they ignored my request and premixed a salad that was for take out! I've gotten food from them at least four times (three times was for take-out, the fourth wad dinning in) and I still feel very... upset with my experience. When you order take-out, it's a good 45 minute wait before you're able to pick up your food, and bythe time you get it it's either lukewarm or cold. I've gotten the poutine a few times in hopes it would be better, butunfortunately it wasn't. There was either very little gravy or none at all, and it stuck to the paper that lined the box. I'vealso gotten a wrap and mozzarella sticks for take-out and the wrap was cold and the sticks were extremely dry. My mom has alsoordered wings for take-out and said they were dry and cold. For dinning in, I went with my nan and mom last night hopping itwould at least be better going in, but unfortunately it wasn't. We all got poutine and it definitely could've been better. Thegravey was lukewarm and the fries were crispy and hard. I also found a hair in mine after receiving it which was rather gross.The waitress didn't come until we were almost done our dinner, and after we told her about the hair, she never returned untilafter we had finished, telling us the chef would replace my poutine with a new one, then said she could give us a free one togo. We declined both. We won't be going back there again after that. Definitely not worth the $40. Read more
The food was phenomenal. The staff was very friendly and for a Friday night at 7:00pm the food was quick to get to us. Maybe a... 15 min wait after ordering. It's a bit of a small place but well decorated. Menu has tons of options. Food portions are a littlebig but who doesn't like leftovers! Everyone needs go try this place. Read more
Food is always great but the wait times are long! I?ve been 3 times. Every time I wait 5-10 minutes before a server comes to... take my drink order. We then wait for the drinks, and another 10 minutes later order food. I?ve been at this restaurant andwaited an hour and 15 minutes for food with 2 kids. It?s unfortunate that it?s been so slow because the food truly is delicious. Read more
Place is very good ! Huge selection of flavours and an awesome cocktail menu! It?s hard to find places with girly drinks that... aren?t just the regular mixes you can get everywhere :) Only suggestion would be to add descriptions for the sauce flavoursyou have no idea what any are would be so helpful:) Read more

So happy this place came to Palmerston. The interior is every sports fans dream, the deals are fantastic, staff is very... friendly, food is fantastic. If you haven?t already been here, I highly recommend doing so. Read more
