Ice cream is good. We got an apple pie and a brownie sundae and they asked if they wanted the items warmed. When we got them... they were not warm. My grandpa ordered a chocolate milkshake. After we got all of our items, they asked if we were missingsomething to which we said we were waiting on a milkshake. The owner came around the corner and very rudely stated that thingstake time and it?s being worked on right now. As a customer, how am I supposed to know how your business operates? Also, a kindand patient answer would have done the same thing and could have kept us coming back to the establishment. Unfortunately forher, we have no plans on coming back after we were spoken to rudely when there was no reason to be snarky at all. Read more

Been here twice now! So good, we love coming here! They have a little gift shop and food as well!
Amazingly good ice cream! I cannot believe that this little shop is not on a top 10 to visit when in Colorado. A huge variety... of different flavors including pistachio ice cream and butter pecan. They also serve ice cream nachos and banana splits. Theperson helping us was very friendly and offered great service. I would rather come here than Baskin Robin's or Cold Stone. Read more
The ice cream is fantastic ???? But they are serving by weight, not full scoops. I ordered a 2 scoop sundae. The person making... my sundae scooped 2 scoops into a cup. The person who seemed to be the manager instructed the person making my sundae to weighthe cup, which they did. They then proceeded to scoop out half of the ice cream in my cup, and put it back into the tub. I havenever in my life experienced such a thing. Put the cup on the scale before you start filling it. I felt cheated, and definitelydisappointed. Most of my second flavor, and all of my respect for the place was gone. There are other choices I will make. Read more
