I ordered online and it said it?ll be ready in 43 minutes. I get there to pick up my order and they said it was an additional 20... minutes . An hour passed and went to ask and said it wasn?t ready . I asked for a refund because it was more than an hour waitand they refused to give me a refund . This employee, white male , mustache, green eyes was very rude to me and told me if Ididn?t want to wait longer to leave and would not refund me my money. I asked to speak to a manager and he handled the situationvery odd and let the white guy speak rudely to me and sided on his side to not give me a refund. I asked for their names andthey refused to tell me , and i said I was gonna call whoever is in charge of that location and they both answered? they?re not gonna do anything about it .? I doubt that guy was the manager because if he really was he wouldn?t of handle the situationlike he did . Or let the other guy speak to me like he did. This location in Palmdale has terrible customer service , I?vewitnessed that the employees joke around and play around too much while working on orders. This is why they get so behind onorders. I?ll start off with the pros, the food was good once we finally received it. Now to the cons, they took forever! We ordered... enough food for just two people so quantity wasn?t the issue. As we were ordering I asked a question about the lemon pepperseasoning, a prior order I?d received had an EXTREMELY fishy smell and taste. So naturally I asked if they added fish oil orsomething. The cashier looked baffled and another employee eaves dropping on the conversation spoke up. She missed what Iactually asked and attempted to act like I was asking for fish (as though I was dumb), so said, ?we sell chicken here? which waspretty funny to us given no one was talking to her and she heard it wrong. We waited 30+ minutes after ordering to actuallyreceive our food. There?s definitely a staff issue there (they?re impolite) but the food, as I?ve said is decent. Read more
Staff is nice always smiling and upbeat. Like listening how they interact with each other. Very humorous.
Ordered a 10pc traditional , took 42min. Someone ordered before me w/out doing it online and got there food before me . Awful... service , unless you order online ahead of time . Likely never gonna order on the spot again . Read more
cashier and im delivery driver she give me wrong food and different name on bag she say same food i ask her to change the bag or... name she rude on me she say if you don?t take it go out then i call doordash company to report that the doordash call therestaurant and she say in system different and doordash different she lie to doordash also then that customer comes torestaurant picked the food that one i told her wrong name after that the doordash cancel the order and i ask the cashier thename she refused and i ask the manager he refused and the cashier she laugh and told me go out, im ask the weingstop restaurantthat right from cashier??? I would give zero stars to the location on s if I could. Time and time again I give them another chance but every time order the... lemon pepper wing they are either dry or way over cooked. This food is expensive I almost spent close to 40$ for some burntwings and burnt bread and they didnt put butter on top like they are advertised. Read more
Good place to go for wings. The seasoning on their fries is addictive! Lemon Pepper and Original Hot is the way to go!
