This was supposed to be for Cinemark in Palmdale. NOT WENDY'S!!!! My wife and I were celebrating our 16 year married and 17... years together. 4-22-22 we went on line and purchased tickets for "everything everywhere all at once" along with a large popcornans large drink. The movie started at 10 something pm and we ended up not being able to make it. We figured if we went in andspoke to a manager the next day, it would be an easy fix. We DIDN'T want money back. We just want what we already paid for. ThePopcorn we didn't eat, the drink we didn't drink, and the movie we didn't watch. I have seen people get vouchers for unpleasantexperiences here before. I've also seen dropped popcorn be replaced without question. However after politely explaining oursituation to the manager she says there is nothing she can do, and that they can't just hand out tickets or issue refunds. Shesaid we have to call corporate. I asked if that has worked for people in the past as far as she is aware and she said yes. So mywife and I go back to the parking lot to call corporate. My wife is on hold for 20 min before a weird and clearly inappropriateconversation begins to come through in french. It's a man's voice and he sounded as if he was on a call with someone we couldn'there. I then called the same number on my phone to make sure we wouldn't get disconnected. At this point my wife had beenwaiting through a high call volume for over 30 min and I was on hold for 13 min. I went back in to the theater while on hold toshow the manager it isn't working. She came out of office and rolled her eyes clearly annoyed but I don't think she expected meto be there watching when she opened the door. She proceeded to tell me the same thing and it's as if we are going in circles. Finally she says i'll give you passes for today but in the future we will have to go through corporate, but wait we paid forpopcorn too! Food was passable, but not great. Prices were a bit much and the burgers were pretty dry, don't order without a drink.

Worst stop I?ve ever made. Rudest fast food workers I?ve ever had to deal with. The girl practically threw my change at me in... the drive thru and rushed me away after not giving me my drinks and desserts. Find some people with smiling faces and goodpersonalities!!
