Not liking it. 1st time there. I was assisted by Katrina . Gotten the char burger with cheese meal. Wanted ocustomers in... substitute of French fries . Said she could not and rung up 3.50. Spoke to Mgr. Alex. NO SIGN THAT SAYS NO SUBSTITUTIONS. Hesaid no menu Wow!!! I could had paid the difference and was not given the chance. Not friendly people there in Palmdale onRancho Vista Blvd. Need make changes, other food chains do Need to be more courteous and work with customets. Read more

Their Food is so good. Real food with good-sized portions. The Santa Barbara sandwich is my fav', has avocado. The sweet potato... fries are addictive! Most of the time, their employees go above-and-beyond, so yeah, super! Read more

While the staff is very helpful and pretty great, the food, not so much. My impossible burger was under done, and my husband's... burger was small and overdone. I did like the tempura green beans, a nice change from fries, but overall this place is way tooexpensive for what you get. Read more

This place makes a fantastic burger. It's like in-n-out, but they have bigger patties, better grilled onions, sesame buns, and... avocados! The cheese even tastes better than in-n-out!! We ordered 2 "double char burgers" one with added bacon, no picklesor lettuce. The other was as served, with added avocado. Both orders were correct, and took 11 minutes to be prepared.
