Been there 2 times before. """NEVER""" HAVE I enrolled in the loyalty program for this establishment. Nor provided my cellphone... number. The rewards points Doesn't say the person name nor keeps track of previous purchases,dates etc.. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THEWORST EVER! The 2 other time I kept my my demeanor calm. I was disappointed on cleanliness and the employees being on theircellphones not using gloves while touching EVERYTHING DISGUSTING, OSHA Should pay them a visit! Yesterday TUESDAY the August11th 2021. IT IS THE 3RD TIME AND LAST LAST LAST TIME I GO. ENOUGH ENOUGH! My health isn't well. I had my crutch with me. It'sapparent a person with a crutch needs to sit down. I DON'T live in this area. The long drive&heat had an impact on me movingslowly plus my physical pain. I was looking for my credit card, I had cash yet I needed it for something else. THE 1STEMPLOYEE knew that I was looking for my credit card. My Daughter which is 15 years old was with me. OBSERVING EVERYTHING! The2ND EMPLOYEE WHICH IS A HORRIBLE HUMAN! SHE KEEPS ACTING THAT WAY, SOMEONE will probably punch ???? her out. RUDE NO RESPECT!She accused ME of trying to steal the yogurt! WTFRUIT! Sure a person with a crutch looking for her credit cards HAS ALL SIGNS OF CRIMINAL VIBES/BEHAVIOR????????????????????????????????????????????????. I kindly let them know be patient and don't treatpeople how you ladies treated us. Including my daughter,which she grabbed the yogurt purchase from the table VICIOUSLY ANDROLLING HER HEAD! This place is amazing. There are lots of toppings. I have visited all the Yogurt stores in the Antelope Valley and this one is... by far the absolute best. The store is extra clean and the fruits are very fresh. I'll definitely be coming back. Read more
I give this place a 0!! The management there is so childish, they have bad communication skills with their workers. They rarely... give hours to people who NEED it. They also have a bad hiring team, they do interviews giving you hope and then they ghost youwith no mention of if you got the job or not. Overall horrible working place and would not recommend if it's your first timeever. Read more
