I ordered my sandwich off of postmates located at this place and I just have to say my sandwich was made perfectly. It?s just... the perfect ratio of everything and nothing is spilling out of my sandwich. Cali was extremely rude when my family and i came in to order some subs. She kept rolling her eyes and had a tone when we asked... for ingredients that IM paying for. I really dont appreciate that she was giving not only my family and i an attitude, buthearing her gossip about employees. Im just trying feed my family, but seeing a manager more fixated on gossip is extremelyunprofessional. Ill make sure to go the subway in quartz hill instead. At least they?re kind and courteous. The most trash Subway I've ever been too! They didn't have anything I asked for and tried to cover it up with "We don't offer... that anymore". But, I knew it was a lie cause I order the same thing from every Subway I go too and have never heard one saythey don't offer spicy mustard/brown mustard anymore much less the habaneto wraps that are promoted amongst other things. I order a sub and I had a coupon. They called their manager on the phone and informed me they only take the coupon for a select... few sandwiches. The one I ordered rotisserie chicken was not one of them. Well the other subway takes the coupon. Oh no theowner doesnt accept coupons. Ok its a franchise so fine. I had it toasted. I get my sandwich When the sandwich maker put mysandwich in the bag it was the wrong sandwich. I had to take it back. ?GAS? is not cheap mind you. I informed the workers that Ireceived the wrong sandwich and could they make another. NOPE they had no more provolone cheese. ???? Really ok. They said wecan make it with another cheese. I said no thank you. I will just take a refund. They inform me that they cannot give refundsand the manager was not there and the owner was unavailable. I mean what the flying flip. I tell them what if I were rolling infrom out of town, you want me to come back tomorrow. REALLY. I speak to the manager she gives me the story she hasnt had avacation or day off in a while, the workers are new and they dont want them giving free sandwiches to their friends. NOT MYPROBLEM. I go back the next day, owner and manager not there. I try the 3rd day manager is there but gives me attitude. We canjust make the sandwich over. Are you kidding NO. I want a refund.
