Rubio's is hands down my favorite Fresh Mex chain. All of their food is fresh and tasty. From the Fish Tacos to the Burrito and... the Chopped Salads. I can eat here almost everyday for lunch. I was never a fish taco guy, but their fish tacos are my favoriteFriday lunch.
