The customer service is tip notch! They really did take care of me, my boyfriend, and his mom. The reason for the 2 stars is due... to the shiny holographic plastic that was taking up space on my boyfriends photo. I'm not sure if it can from the fryer or fromthe bag the chicken was housed. But it was everywhere! We have them the chicken back and they remade his food...and then wefound more of it! We thru his food away, thanked them for the service and left. Every time I go here the service is extremely slow, and that would make you think that they are working hard and you get your... food hot and crispy. But usually by the time I receive my food its warm but its clearly been sitting out for a while. I believethey over-prepare food like they have an in-n-out line waiting through the door, but there's usually not. And then it makes mewonder if all this food is ready and waiting why does it take so long to get my order. They are often out of things when I getthere too. Normally we could blame bad service due to lack of employees but When I went in I counted 10 people behind thecounter and in the back. All seemingly busy. So IDK how many people it takes to successfully run a popeyes but this is justreally bad. The normal person would say stop getting it, but sometimes they surprise us with normal service and my wife lovesPopeyes so... we end up going here. I really wish it was better. Such a shame... Manager super rude - the rest of the employees were nice helping out and This lady telling me the lobby was closed even though I... was being help out already and the doors were open and no sign on the doors - shouldn?t be a manager with that attitude - don?trecommend this place at night ( wish I got her name ) just use drive through or go to another location if you really wantPopeyes . The customer service was good, but my chicken sandwich tasted overcooked and old, & the buns were squished. The tenders were... really good though, although they charged $.50 each sauce. Im surprised that I had to pay for the sauce when I ordered 8tenders. The line took way too long. Definitely not worth $30 Read more
Um 4 dollar chicken sandwich i finally had to try because of all the hype! Wheres the chicken! And it was definitely not worth... it! Do not even waste your money. Wont let me add the photos. Chicken isnt even the size of a third of the bun. Read more
Staff is really nice and efficient every time I go the have my food ready in less than 2 minutes. Thanks Popeyes palmdale.
