Been going here since high school , but now the staff are rude and give attitude for simply asking for a tray.... or trying to... use my app to earn points. I prefer to go to Lancaster. They way nicer and friendlier than this place. Read more
I love this store I Also did a review on Yelp! The organization was amazing! The ladies working there were very energetic and... very kind. The guy on register was very polite as well he was wearing a black sweater i believe his name was Alejandro. Thethree girls on the line were named Dee, Kayla, and the one pouring my drink was named Jenny. It was my first visit at JambaJuice and I am very impressed. Everyone was wearing gloves and masks respecting the 6 feet apart! The manager * I believe it was* she was asking if they needed help as a team should they kept it very organized and cleaned. This Jamba Juice was clean but it had a really funky smell. Normally Jambas have a particular odor but it was a little extra.... Maybe it was a wet rag smell???????????. I almost left, but didn't. Fortunately the drink tasted good. Read more
