Great Burgers, great fries, great service! Love this place! Yeah, its a little pricey so if you cant afford it then just head... over to In and Out and have some of their unimaginative, boring, bland burgers and fries. I think In and Out is just...OK butits certainly nothing to rave about, its just pretty boring decent food at low cost. I like it, not bad but not great so that'swhy I feel its all about Different Ways for Different Days baby! Try something else! 5 guys is WAY BETTER food in my opinion.The burgers are way bigger and broiled not pan fried, the fries are outstanding, even the hot dogs are a class act. You alsohave a LOT of great toppings here. So far this is the best burger place I've tried in the AV. I never got anything at 5 guys butgreat food and great service. Its totally worth the money. Meh. It's not bad, it's just not amazing. But for a $10 burger (just the burger, fries and drink extra) I expect better than... meh. Add to that a disinterested and apathetic cashier who goofed 2/3 of our order. There's better burgers out there for lessmoney with better customer service. Read more
I specifically called in and asked to add grilled jalapenos to my burger they said yes it was fine when I arrived I asked if... they had remembered about the grilled jalapenos and the guy lied to my face and said yes I put it in the burger when I got homeof course no grilled Jalapenos in my burger. Let me start buy saying Five guys has amazing food but. Upon my last visit prior to this one I wanted to order a bacon wrapped... hot dog.unfortunately they didn?t have any hot dog buns! Cool understandable it?s a post pandemic one employee did me the favorof writing my name in a book and tell me hey just come back in a future time tell us your name and we will take care of it.Todayis 10/30/21 @1:00pm I decided to come in order food me and my girlfriend after we place our or order I ask the employee Erica.Dcould she look my name up in the book she makes a weird face of unwillingness and pulls the book out flips thru a few pages andsay hey I can?t find it.
