Today is July 22, 2022 I went to the El Pollo Loco and Palmdale on Palmdale Boulevard. This is probably the third time they give me the wrong order. I asked for a 3 chicken breast Mac and cheese and a salad they... gave me 2 chicken breast and salad and rice. The cashier was very rude! Her name was Maria . Seriously you would think that theworkers pay attention to your order. Poor service. The store on Palmdale Blvd. is just terrible! Everytime we go there, there's a problem. Today, around 6pm we went and they ran... out of chicken. It would take 30 minutes for more, how do you run out of chicken!! Also, we ordered a chicken tostada salad, andit was so small that it was under the shell. Clearly false advertisement . The problem is the manager doesn't even care abouthow the restaurant is run. You make a suggestion or comment, and they completely ignore you. We've called to talk to a manager,and apparently they're not available. I would really like the corporate office number or email to talk to someone about thisparticular spot. We will not go there again, we will drive across town if necessary. Please let someone know how bad this chainis being run. Read more
