I've been there twice and their personal is so nice, last time even my little furry kids got a free special treat.
I love this place! They offer so many drink options for every taste, not just coffee. But if you are a coffee lover, you will... think you died and went to coffee heaven. Just know that when you go to any of their locations, the whole menu is not displayedat the walk up window or in drive through. My advice, go to the Dutch brothers app and view the full menu (be warned it's HUGEand overwhelming, so my advice...look at it before you go and decide what you want) on the app and they will make you any drinkfrom the full menu as well. My favorites are the Cocomo, Kicker, annialator and my favorite non coffee drinks are thehyperchrome & high five lemonade. They also craft their own energy drinks too, which are really good! Just went for the first time. The drink was great, I've never had black tea with such unique flavors added. And the gal who... worked at the window was so sweet, wish I had gotten her name. I am practicing small-talk these days and she probably got boredof me but was very polite anyway. Even recommended me a drink because I just asked for something bright blue. The service wasalso quick; I dont know how many people they've got in that little building but it was no more than a minute before my drink wasdone! I'll probably go back and try their coffee soon. Today was my first time trying Dutch Bros, first the employees taking our order was really nice and friendly , after we waited... in line for about 10min to get our drinks. Upon getting them everything tasted watered down. We got a kids strawberry smoothies,sunrise tea and caramel freeze i wasn?t too happy with it and my cup was cracked that everything kept coming out. I?ve been to this location several times and have ordered the Golden Eagle and it?s always been good. I went today and got the... same drink I always get. The drink had a sour taste to it. I asked them to remake it and still tasted sour and just not good atall. I?m not sure if the milk was expired. The employees kept looking at me and laughing. Employees have major attitude. I gotstore credit. If more than one customer is complaining that the drinks are off, it?s them not us! Never going to this locationagain. Read more
Do Not recommend they were giving attitude when I took the drink back because something was off on the taste. When your paying 6... dollars for a drink you expect to get what you paid for. The manager refused to give me a refund...they lost a customer. Read more
I had the unsweetened iced coffee and it was very good. It was the price of over $5 that I had a hard time with. I can go to... Starbucks get a tall Pike's Place coffee and pour it over ice in a venti glass . That will cost me less than $3. It also tastesvery good. Read more
