It's not often that I'd be compelled to review a Domino's Pizza place, but the service and food here are top notch. It is... obvious that whoever is managing this branch really cares about the customers and the business. This isn't someplace turningout pizza for a fast buck, there is attention to detail and quality and it shows, for the staff to care this much, it has tocome from the top. Domino's should take note of whatever this place is doing and pattern their other locations after this one. Whenever I am in Palmdale or Lancaster and want pizza, this is where I will go to get it, even if I have to drive out of my way. Read more

To whom it may concern. Today I went to dominoes pizza in lancaster. On challenger way and ave j. It was one of the worst... experiences ever. Food and money was a tottal loss the customer service was just horrible to the point I just had to take thewrong order and still pay for burnt food. We gave it away to some homeless guy that didn't care that it was burnt justappreciative for free food. My families and I were still wanting dominoes pizza on our way outta town so we stopped at yourstore in palmdale. And omg. Not only was the people nice there and the food we ordered was correct. Wasn't burnt . They weresuper nice and this was all before we explained our horrible experience. The manager whos name I believe started with an H. Ididnt catch it. Was so nice and helpful. Even offered to give us a free desert after hearing how bad we were treated. Wedeclined but to just have the offer shows that there are still kind people in this world. So shout out to palmdale dominoes and the manager Miss H. We will be returning to this dominoes pizza no matter the drive they are worth our money. Read more

I love this Dominos! We live in Lancaster and run a licensed child care program, the kids love and we love it! I absolutely... refuse to go to any other pizza place. The staff has been more than accommodating and the store manager, Heidi has personallycalled me when I had a question regarding one of my orders and she made accommodations needed to ensure the kids pizza party wasa success! I would like to thank Heidi and her team at the 10th st west/0-8 location. Their service is the BEST! Our school has been using... them once a week for a little over a year now. Our pizzas always arrive fresh & hot and really yummy and they are always ontime. Since we switched to Domino?s more kids are ordering on pizza day. If you haven?t tried them yet, you need too you won?tbe disappointed. Keep up the great job. You are all an asset to your company! Read more
