Tonight 10/18/22, I ordered some food for pick up, and added a large soup. I got some wrong info, so when I got to pick up I... realized I only had a small cup of soup. Needless to say, I was highly disappointed and upset. The icing on the cake: My foodwas done in record time, almost to perfection, and I had 2 cups of soup! I was beyond delighted. It may seem like a small thing,but combined with the courtesy, professionalism and friendliness, I walked out of there feeling like a Princess!!! Shout out tothe cashier and host who made my day. Hopefully you recognize this order by Felicia (it was a veggie omelette and a Seniorsalmon). I'm sorry I didn't ask your names, rockstars! What a great meal and superb customer service from Armando, my Waiter! Obviously Nayeli, the manager is hiring the right people.... Food was very good and portions like the pre-pandemic. Despite the restaurant being busy, it was clean and I had items withinseconds of requesting them. Prices also appeared reasonable and no gouging! I highly recommend going here! I really liked this location, its a good place to eat with friends and family. Most of the Denny's I been are really depresing... but this place its clean, great service and updated. I liked the food we gat some deals they had going on and it was the rightportion to eat there. I will defenetly be comming back here. Read more
Today me and my husband went to eat some breakfast and even though we had a not so great experience last time we wanted to let... this Denny?s redeem itself one last time and we were not disappointed. Food was great. But what really helped me give this placea 5 star review was our Server Armando. He was amazing. He offered us things we didn?t know we could add to our meals and he wasso attentive of us. He had a big bright smile. Even though he had a mask on, we could see right through it. He was so friendlyand was just so pleasant. If i had the power to, id give him a raise. We need more servers like Armando. Thank you Armando!!!!! Read more
We all know Denny's, it's a decent quick bite with a good price. Here in the AV if you have kids this is one of your few... choices. I am a fan of the slam and my kids love the choices as well as those cups. You know what I am talking about. After aslow start post COVID, this place is hopping again.
