Cups for drinks are kept behind cash register because people stealing drinks.As a customer I should be able to get cup for drink... at the machine. Order a sub sandwich Wawa wants you to pay for it before it's made. Mean while your paid for sandwiche issetting out on the counter waiting for anyone to pick it up an steal it but they keep the drink cups behind the register makingsure they don't get stolen why can't the same be done for my sandwich that I paid for?. I live in palm beach for over 29 years and this is by far the worst wawa I have been to from the cashiers chit chatting not... taking guests while one guy is horrible customer service and when I heard my food number I went to verify it was done that fastand lady pulls my food away and says you have to pay first which isn't what I was wondering nor did I want to be treated thatway when I. spending my money in your store . I was Told They were no longer wrapping The Challupa in Foil? And gave it to me in a BOWL. After attempting to pick it up out of... the Bowl.. it spilled. They ALSO charge for LARGE cups of Ice? AFTER purchasing A large Drink? I had to accept the Small cup ..as you can see. Also .. The Beverage Area is Dirty. I challenge ANY area manager to pop in on that place. Its A mess. Read more
Just another WaWa station thats clean on the inside and outside. I stopped in for a quick lunch and ordered the beef quesadilla... with yellow peppers and they made it as I ordered it. I also ordered a frozen lemonade and they somehow made it just how I likeit also. I didn't use the restroom here but I'm sure its clean like the other locations. Been here more times then I can count. Half of the cashiers are the sweetest nicest ladies you?ll ever meet! But the obnoxious &... loud older black lady in the morning is more then awfullllll. Even the people I work with say she always has an attitude. Shesincerely has no place in customer service. And Other than gentlemen with short hair whose extremely nice and takes his jobseriously, the management is just as rude & careless. If it wasn?t for the other patient and nice as pie cashiers this placewould be unredeemable. Read more
