We had a terrible experience with Domino's Pizza. We ordered medium pizza half special meat and half philly cheesesteak with... extra cheese in a thin crust and box of brownies. After half and hour we get the delivery. Was a pizza with minimum toppingsmaybe two small pieces of steak just a little bit of cheese, and the half of meat with a few pieces of pepperoni and couplestiny pieces of ham, in a regular pan crust almost cold, the brownies looks more like a cookie, or thin piece of cardboard. Theamount was $29.00, + tip, VERY VERY EXPENSIVE FOR THE CUALITY OF THE FOOD; so I never recommended anybody to order pizza fromthis place. Read more
Tried Domino?s today only because my 90 yr old mom sees the commercial several times a day & every time she says, ?Oh! That... looks so good?. So today I decided to give them a try. I called the Palm Springs store to place my order. Not knowing what theyoffer, I asked girl who answered what sizes they had & the prices. So she tells me the prices but there was no mention of thetwo at $5.99 each for carry out. She tells me that?s for two mediums with two toppings. So I commented that because I don?t wanttoppings I have to pay regular price? She replied no but that?s a coupon deal. So I said I need a coupon and she said well Iguess I could enter the code for you. Well needless to say I got the pies home and there were a lot of large bubbles in thedough and there was no cheese over those areas. The cheese on the rest of the pies was minimal. Maybe I should?ve requestedextra cheese as a topping but typically we don?t like extra cheese on our pies. Also, their sauce was very spicy and although Ienjoy spicy food at times I was not expecting this with the pie. All I can say is that if you really are looking for some goodpizza don?t go to Dominos?especially if you?re a New Yorker! Read more
I felt compelled to take a moment and leave a good review to commend awesome service. I put an online order in tonight for... pickup and my wife forgot to check for garlic dips I paid for and she got the food about 30 Mins before I gonna stop in the sameplaza to make a bank deposit. So for shitzngigz I called to see if u could be refunded and Matt the manager so he could leave acredit so I decided to stop anyway and get them. He offered me a free dessert for the hassle which I felt was above and beyond.So, I noted about 7 employees working and asked the cost of the dessert and tipped the crew $20 and told them to buy themselvesa pizza lol. The positive energy coming from this man and his crew was awesome. I haven't had their pizza in a while but I'mgonna start ordering regularly now just because of today. Thanks Matt and crew!!! Here we go. I called dominos to get a delivery from the 1672 congress store. The manager was nice to give a credit because of... poor delivery. Now I want to use it and no one answers the phone. The new call center they use can't help and only process neworders. Dominos is becoming a joke because of a poor pay scale followed by staff to match. The girl upfront is very rude and they don?t use gloves my sister and I saw the... girl in the back touch the computers and other stuff then proceeded to make her sandwich and when we said something all we gotback was attitude like what !! I?m paying my hard earned money and in case you forgot it?s covid out here and you have youremployees touching the food and other stuff bare handed like for all I know she could have scratched her behind and went totouch my food but I wouldn?t know that because they don?t use gloves smh very unsanitary and unprofessional. Food is fine , team is terrible customer service lacks any type of respect and doesn?t help. Ran into a problem with the dominos... app (obviously no one?s fault) sat on the phone trying to figure it out and ask for help , I asked ?is there a dominosheadquarters I can call??
