My husband and I love to spend our romantic nights out at the Purple Room, including the tickets night! The singers are... amazing, so is everyone who works there. The food is delicious and so are the cocktails. ???? The Purple Room is a unique clubin Palm Springs that brings the Rat Pack Era to the 21st century, indeed! , The owner of the club, Michael Holmes is incrediblytalented and an amazing singer. You should check it out! Read more

If you want a fun evening at a historic Palm Springs venue, dripping with Rat Pack era vibes, the Purple Room will deliver! The... entertainment is lively and engaging (although a bit kitschy, but that's part of the fun), and the decor crates an intimateenvironment. The food is decent, but nothing to go out of your way for. The focus is really on the entertainment. The exteriorof the building is a bit run-down looking, but the Purple Room itself is well maintained. Parking can also be a bit tricky, soleave yourself a few extra minutes. Read more

Put on a clean shirt and comb your hair. We expected slightly dusty, neighborhood casual. Instead the Purple Room felt like we... were treating ourselves to a special event. There are lots of staff, all respectful and professional, the food was good, freshly prepared and nicely presented. We were there for happy hour on a Wednesday. Get there at 4 if you want to be sure of aseat. The cocktails were very good and the bartenders fun to watch. A pianist played delightfully and the room is perfectlysuited to conversation and comradery. Read more

Food was great. Service was great. I tried the short rib and chicken. Both good but short Rib needed some greens or veggies... to break it up. Good wine selection. Free bread would be a nice touch. There was a guy and a girl doing rat pack hits when wewent and they were decent but then the house band did feeling good and I think they were even better. Read more

If you like great jazz music and great food and drinks in a place that has an amazing history and classy but casual ambiance,... this is the place to go in Palm Springs! We have been to the Purple Room for Happy Hour drinks and piano music duand jazz showson weeknights, and theet, Club music shows on the weekends, also. We have always been amazed with their great service, yummydrinks (especially at Happy Hour prices!!), and the fantastic and well presented food. Unlike most other dinner clubs that wehave been to in the past, the Purple Room has a lot of great menu choices (even for us vegetarians…), and the food is alwaysconsistently great. We have never been disappointed! Be sure to make your reservation for the weekend shows well in advance, because they sell out quickly. Even on weeknights, the restaurant area is often completely full by showtime. Also, the earlierthat you make your reservation, the better seating that you will get, closer to the stage. Another pointer…. Arrive before 6PM, if you have dinner reservations, to get a drink or two at Happy Hour prices! It’s a little gem on the South Side of PalmSprings with a “Rat Pack” history that makes it special. Just don’t miss out on visiting here! Read more

Honestly this place just rules- it is such a fun encapsulation of some of the vibe Palm Springs is famous for. You get the... classic jazz supper club vibe, combined with really attentive and friendly service, tasty traditional dishes and greatcocktails. Overall it’s just a really enjoyable atmosphere to hang out in, whether from a back booth ducking in to catch aslice of the show or from a table up front close to the stage. This is sort of the antithesis of the modern hypeInstagram-driven spots like the hotel next door; that is why it is great. Read more
