What a fantastic evening!! Gorgeous space and decor, perfect vibe. My husband and I sat at the bar and loved our first... experience here, will definitely be back. Where to start..?.....drinks... Wow Wow Wow! The bartender Dylan was beyond phenomenaland talented in creating some original cocktails for us . I asked for smokey and got THE MOST DELICIOUS cocktail in my life! Hewas chatty, gracious, and literally a MASTER of the drink creation ! RUN don't walk here folks! The food....BEST BEST CaliforniaRoll EvaAAAHH! We live in sushi-land on the Canadian West Coast but here we are finding the best roll in the middle of thedesert, go figure! A California Roll is such a basic roll it can't be messed up but in order to elevate it to stratosphericyumminess it requires incredibly good ingredients and mastery of hand. This NAILED IT. Make reservations if you're interested in eating at this super hip and trendsetting restaurant (yes, even on a weekday!). We... brought a group of folks which was perfect because we can order a bunch of food from the menu and try them all! All the itemswere delicious but the one thing that stood out to me was the Lollipop! The Lollipop: Crab mix, salmon, shrimp, albacore, tunaand avocado wrapped in cucumber drizzled with refreshing yuzu juice and ponzu sauce. The best thing to do is put the entirecucumber wrap in your mouth and start chewing. The flavor combinations that occur in your mouth as you chew is where the magicis. Celebrated 15 years of Marriage here and the staff, food and decor were amazing. She loves Sushi and I love Whiskey so this... place was perfect for us. The Bartender visited our table to answer annoying questions about specific drinks and offeredsamples of whiskey. I didn't NEED the samples but why would I say no...
