Have visited a few times and food is always superb! Oysters and tacos or pasta entrees! All delicious!! Big margaritas! This... time we sat at bar facing grill and the staff was so fun - it was end of night and the full cook gave us a nibble of one of hisunique employee/staff meal. Fun! Read more
An interesting place, to be sure, but I think they cater too much to the mild palates of Palm Springs residents. My crab... enchilada was very bland, with not-great crab. Stopped by for a late lunch. It?s situated on a much calmer/quieter side road than the main strip downtown which was nice.... Ruben and Ozzy?s is a great place to enjoy great food and company. It has a wonderful outdoor seating and it does get crowded. ... There is on street parking and a parking lot in the back. The staff is very friendly. The prices are a bit more steep for whatyou get, but the food is wonderful. I do recommend Ruben and Ozzy?s for families, couples and even singles. First time dining at this restaurant. Food portion was big and cooked to order. Took awhile to get all of our food but the... staff made it up by offering a couple of free appetizers while we waited for all of our food. That goes a long way, especiallysince we had a large table of 11 with kids. The location is conveniently located in downtown Palm Springs and pet friendly. Iwish I had more pictures to share but forgot to snap pics since everyone was so hungry and started chow down as soon as the foodarrived. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Read more
