Very slow lunch service (around 1:30pm). Untrained staff. Requested a bread bowl on the side. When the food was ready, they told... me the bread bowl should have been given to me by the cashier. So, this girls doesn?t know or understands that I only wanted mybread bowl. She also doesn?t know that I am not interested in training the cashier in giving me the bowl, or what the challengewas. Then they ran out of a couple of items at the beverage station. I stand up and ask if it will be replenished which she saidyes, shortly. 45 minutes later someone goes to the beverage station and removes the dispenser but it doesn?t get replenished. Read more

The cashier was very slow. Have one working the register during busy lunchtime. I had a lunch break to get some food. Took... about 20 minutes to take my order. Then wait about 10 more minutes to get my food. Had to rush back to work in 15 minutes. Iwill not go back to that location again!! Read more
