My wife and I absolutely enjoyed our time at Maracas. The staff was friendly and the food was beyond amazing. The margaritas... were so good we forgot to snap pictures, but the Caliente Chicken was phenomenal!!! I would definitely try this dish if youenjoy the occasional spicy meal. Goodness, the food was incredible! The waiter was super friendly and helped us out great. I wasn't feeling like having meat that... night so I got the spinach and mushroom enchiladas. No regrets, I miss dish to this day it was so so good. Read more

It was an ok experience - a little hit and miss. I would recommend for drinks/snacks- not so much for the food. The seafood... enchilada were ok, but tasted a bit fishy. The bbq chicken quesadilla was good though could have used more cheese or to comewith pico de gailo. The open faced enchiladas were alright - the refried beans and rice on both enchiladas were dry and had abit of a ?skin? on the beans, like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for a long time. We returned to Maracas because we had good memories of it when we traveled to Palm Springs a few years ago. The ambiance was... still good. The service remained very good. Our meals were quite good. The chips with salsa that we had before the meal wereconsistently and notably bad. The salsa was good. The chips were a long way from fresh - very dry and tough for a chip. This wasan embarrassment for any respectable Mexican restaurant. Overall, we were happy with our decision to return to Maracas, but wewill be open to something else next time we are in town. Second time here first time didn't eat only drank. Got the shrimp enchilada plate and it was delicious. The beans and rice were... 4 out of 5 and the enchiladas a 5. The sauce inside was excellent and they didn't skimp on the shrimp. Mom got the beefenchilada plate 5 stars.???? My mother's husband got the wet Chile Verde burrito and it was excellent! 5 out of 5.????Serviceand value were good and they have expanded the outside seating since 2018. (Watch out for added charges for using a card on thebill). They have a description of the additional charges sitting on the table marker. My check was $39, they ran my card for$57.07 Free parking was a perk so I won't complain. Read more

Maracas is a fun place to eat. The location is fun and has really fun outdoor seating. You?ll enjoy people watching at this... busy street side location. The atmosphere is fun and this establishment can be enjoyed by families, friends alike. The food,mediocre at best. While the menu offers some fairly good selections, the food when executed misses the mark when it comes toflavor. Top thy with mediocre customer service and it doesn?t leave a lasting memory worth mentioned or repeating. If you arecraving Mexican food, there are better places to enjoy just down the street.
