The margaritas were great!!! The chicken mole was good but not memorable. The shrimp enchiladas on the other hand weren't fully... clean so I had to ditch the bottom half of the shrimp. Pretty surprising for a place that has a lot of shrimp dishes to not knowhow to properly prepare shrimp. Be warned! Read more

Food and live music was wonderful, but things I would like to see improved. 1. Skinny margaritas don't have triple sec or any... sugar in it whatsoever. What you have is a margarita not a skinny Margarita on the menu. 2. Try soaking the chicken in themarinade and cooking it in it, instead of just pouring it over the top. Chicken breast is bland unmarinated and the sauce wasn'tmuch flavorful either. The Diablo sauce came in very handy. Next time I'll get the carnitas. 3. Chips were good but you do needspicier salsas for the non American taste buds. I did buy a big bottle of the Diablo sauce because it's delicious I can't waitto make shrimp Diablo at home with it. Had brunch here on a girls trip and it was pretty good. My only gripe is that the pollo adobada was a little dry. Other than... that, the queso fundido and guacamole were delicious. The tortillas were made outside by a beautiful woman and were warm andamazing. Read more

Some of the best Mexican food I’ve had, accommodating, we had a party of 10, amazing service, drinks were just as delicious,... but the ambiance of he restaurant was amazing! We sat outside and there lighting and the plants were amazing, live music is alsoavailable. Read more

We have eaten at El Mirasol a number of times, it is one of our favorite Mexican restaurants here. Very nice patio with misters... for hot days. Yesterday we tried the machaca, which was a beef and cheese dish, along with a chicken enchilada and two Cadillacmargaritas. Read more

The entrance to the restaurant is little confusing but we made it. The atmosphere was awesome. Food was really good, it arrived... less than 10 minutes. Will definitely go back to enjoy the music while eating on the patio. Read more
