Can't say enough about this place?. I wish I could eat there every day for breakfast lunch and dinner and you still would never... be able to eat everything they have on the menu to offer. Everything I order blows me away how delicious it is. And they giveyou so many choices For your sides if you order a sandwich , such a variety of choices, absolutely love this place and wouldgive them a 100 more stars if possible. They have like 5 different soups To choose from made every day, nobody has that .. ?Every waiter and waitress and hostess too, right from the start are friendly and helpful, After seated you never want foranything. This is my new (even though it's been around for decades) favorite breakfast place in Palm Springs. The decor is magnificent,... the service is impeccable, and the food is delicious. The setting is quite beautiful at the base of the mountain, and thelocation is convenient and easy to access. I'll go back every time I'm in town. It took us years to find this place! And it will be a regular stop from now on. Great menu and can?t say enough about the... building and decor. Go to their website and look at their gallery with 74 photos showing the delightful, roomy interior. We haddinner and the food was excellent as was the wait staff. Im in town for a couple nights staying at the Margaritaville Resort right across the street and decided to give this place a try... as it was the closest sit down restaurant in walking distance. I headed over on a Tuesday night and was seated immediately. Theplace is huge and very old fashioned, I loved it. There is a lot of character in it and it?s certainly not everyone?s taste, butI really enjoyed it. The place clearly can seat a TON of people so you know it must be somewhat good. That assumption would becorrect. The place was great. Dinners come with soup or salad, a potato dish (fries, baked potato, etc.), daily vegetable and abread (date, banana or corn). This is above and beyond most places typical 1 or 2 sides and so it was a pleasant surprise tohave all of this included. The price would?ve seemed steep, but with all that I took it as a good deal. I had the halibut, whichwas decent, but everything else was great. I was so delighted with my experience I returned again the next night and found outI could get lunch for dinner, which turned out quite a cheaper and I had the Tuna Melt which was fantastic. A classic restaurant with culture. There are lots of antique things to see with a classic, old theme and large chandeliers... hanging from the ceiling that really bring the whole eating experience together. As for the food, they have lots of items toselect from for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We picked from their dinner menu as we had dinner there. Family and I all enjoyedour meals as they were very tasty. The size of their dishes and the quality match the price, so you will get the bang for yourbuck.
