It was a hot day in Palm Springs & this ice cream spot was on the walk. I decided to order two scoops & got the strawberry... cheesecake and butter pecan on a cake cone. My experience here at Ben & Jerry?s was amazing. I really love the ice cream here and the whole atmosphere is just very chill... and nicely centered in Downtown Palm Springs, I enjoyed the assistance of the employees here and they made sure everything wentwell with my order. The last time I went, I got the waffle cone with strawberry cheesecake and then the blue ice cream withcookie dough, it was so delicious and I would definitely be coming back again. I would highly recommend it here to anyonelooking for some high quality and delicious ice cream. Read more

Ben & Jerry's makes great ice cream, there's no question about that. The service is fast, friendly, and efficient. It's a... slightly different experience, eating an ice cream cone from the shop, compared to just eating the pints that you can get at aregular grocery store. I tried to Chance the Rapper flavor, although I can't think of what it's actually called. Anyway, it wasgreat. Read more
