Parking is ok. Staff is fun and pleasent. Served quickly. Potatoes salad was really good. We ordered the turkey sandwhich with... fig butter- really good. Italian sandwhich meh...not their strong suit. Left with bakery items which are what they are KNOWNfor. Always will return for bakery items. Maybe not for lunch. Read more
I just discovered this place a few months ago and am happy I did! Great pastries and just had lunch there. Fantastic potato... salad and love the different types of sandwich choices. I had a turkey, fig butter, walnut cream cheese sandwich on raisin breadand it was good! The only thing I wish is if they sold homemade bread. I may be missing it but I have only seen challah breadfor sale. I would love that especially during the holidays! Thanks and keep it up! Read more

Thank you so much everyone at Sweet Carolines my gender reveal cake was amazing! I ordered a cake with strawberries and pink... confetti inside the cake (to reveal the pink color) and wow it was just like strawberry shortcake. The icing was so good and iam usually not a fan of icing at all. Not only was it beautiful and tasty but this was a cake to remember! Read more

UPDATE: I did hear from the owner and I wanted to let everyone know they took responsibility and will speak to the employee. I... respect that and their response for reaching out to me. I post all the time to promote other local businesses so they can getmore business. I'm not here to unjustifiably bash - just to give you facts. I appreciate when others do that so I can makeinformed decisions on who I give my business. I'm also willing to update when the business does the right thing, as SweetCaroline's has done, and for that I would give them another chance. I would leave Zero stars if possible. So I had heard fromother local people that Sweet Caroline's Bakery on Tampa Rd was good, so I went there today. I arrived at 4:55pm, just beforethe 5pm close. The lights were on and product in the cases. As I approached the door and went to put my hand on it, the younggirl employee locked the door and walked back to the register. I jiggled the door - she held up 5 fingers (indicating theyclose at 5pm) and waved them at me, and smiled. She then looked away and did not acknowledge me again. As much as I wanted totry this place, I will never go back due to this very poor customer service.
