WOW! Our new favorite pizza place in the Tampa Bay Area. This is an 18? with pepperoni & hot honey. I don?t like honey, but this... was so good. Dough, crust, sauce/cheese ratio, quality of pepperoni ? all incredibly impressive. Been looking for a pizza placeto be loyal to for over two years. Now I know where to go for the perfect weeknight pizza. We had it delivered via Uber Eats &it still tasted super fresh. Thank you!! Read more

LOVE this pizza. When a place has ~5 stars it?s usually too good to be true, but Piper?s lives up to it. Great quality... sauce. Favorites are: (1) Piper-Roni, (2) Pineapple Express + jalapeño. Also really good: (1) Marley Meatball, (2) FourHorsemen. Excited to try the next one! Read more

To say our visit to Piper?s was amazing would be an understatement. We had the meatballs, garlic knots, and the twisted... margarita pizza. Everything was outstanding. The pizza specifically was so good. The crust was thin and so crispy. The cheeseso delightful. Piper herself and the entire staff were so nice. I will definitely be back. Read more

I ordered two large pizzas, one pepperoni the other the 5th element (supreme). I tried out this restaurant because of the high... reviews and scratch statements. Yet, like so many other places the pizza was completely unremarkable. The crust was so thin thatit should have been called thin crust instead of New York style. This is because while New York style is thin, it is not as thinas other thin pizzas and should have some ability to hold itself up at least half way to the end. Instead, this pizza is so thinthat it has no body to it at all. The flavor in the crust was completely absent. Obviously they must not be using any olive oilin the crust. There was no flavor to the dough, which means that it most certainly wasn't a long fermentation. I think they evenused basic all purpose flour instead of bread flour. The dough was as tasteless as can be. The sauce was another missed pointto one of the people who tried it. While it wasn't covered in sauce and a pizza should not be dripping with sauce, that sauceneeds to have a good flavor. Here, it doesn't have much flavor at all. Italy purists believe that only tomatoes and no seasoningshould be used for pizza sauce. But that is only possible when you are using particular kinds of tomatoes with a lot of inherentflavor grown in volcanic soils. Here it tasted like canned tomato paste without much seasoning, thus showing a lack of knowledgeabout sauce and flavor. The cheese clearly tasted as if it had too much cheddar cheese in it and it completely overwhelmed anyhint of mozzarella. I could taste no provolone or any other kind of cheese other than cheddar because they must of used too muchsharp cheddar cheese. Maybe they ran out of mozzarella and hoped that none of us would notice. While Peter Reinhardt states thatcheddar is a great addition to mozzarella on pizza, clearly this restaurant doesn't understand what a hint of flavor means. Inthe end we have another twenty dollar pizza place that clearly isn't worth Read more

Ok hands down some of the best pizza I?ve had in Pinellas County. And I love that Piper told me her parents even met in a pizza... shop 35 years ago. And that that they have been making them together as a family ever since. This super fresh and deliciousfamily owned pizza shop lets the quality of their ingredients and attention to detail speak for themselves. You can taste thedifference starting with their scratch made dough and sauce. Both times I?ve have had it so far the balance of dough to sauceto ingredients ratio (which is so key to a good bite) have been perfect. The crust is very crispy and the drizzle of hot honeyon their Signature Piper-Roni is inspired. Can?t believe I never thought to do that ????. Their house made red sauce is sotasty and fresh. And it really shines on their artistic shakeup of the classic Margherita Pizza called the TwistedMargherita. Go to the website, order for pick up or delivery and thank me later;) Happy and joyful pizza eating! #ShopLocal#palm harbor Read more

Best pizza ever!! We got the Piper-Ronni pizza and it was the most amazingly delicious blend of flavors and textures we have... ever had! The creamy ricotta with the crispy pepperonis topped with a little honey was the perfect combination of salty sweetand savory. Even with all the different flavors none of them were overwhelming. They all blended together beautifully and thecrunchy crust was perfect for dipping into the honey that dripped off. We were even able to walk over to house of beer next doorand get some yummy beers to enjoy with our pizza. They even let us set up their outdoor games for the kids to play while wewaited for our food. We will definitely be back for more! Read more
