Used to be great 10 plus years ago. Now there is never enough food they run out of what you?re looking for. The quality of food... has diminished greatly. They never even have something simple like cornbread instead they give us these hard white rolls. Gotthe macaroni cheese and it was extremely watered down. I will not be going back. Read more
The bathroom was nasty. I could tell it had not been cleaned, seemed like for days. The inside of the restaurant was also dirty... and none of the tables had been wiped off. The employees watched as I wiped my own table off. The employees were too busytexting to service the drink station as there was no tea left. Then when the employee fixed it, it tasted so weird, like watereddown tea. Honestly, the employees made us feel like we were bothering them to even come in and place an order. My family and Ihave been eating at Boston Markets for years and always enjoyed the food, but the last 2 times I have been there the food wasLuke-warm at best and not good or fresh tasting. I do not recommend going to this specific Boston Market if you want a cleanplace to eat with good customer service. I will actually not be returning to eat at any Boston Market as I can get better foodand better customer service at a local McDonalds. Read more
The food does not taste like it used to, and it costs twice as much. Macaroni and cheese had no flavor, the gravy was obviously... watered down l, and the spinach has a fish flavor to it. Really weird. Nothing tasted good. Will never go back. Read more
Awful! This one should be shut down. They?re ruining the franchise. Soda machine hasn?t been cleaned in months (you can tell).... NOTHING was fresh. There wasn?t even chicken cooking. There were only two employees. The cashier looked filthy and the ?cook?looked out of it and it is only 2PM!!! This is crazy. Read more
I used to do B Market 3 to 4 times a month.before during and after covid Is it my imagination or have market bowls and dinner... plates gotten smaller? Tonight's meatloaf bowl had 2 tiny half slices.Served by 2 new employees with no manager I could see.lastweeks chicken dinner was also skimpy.Dissapointed regular here. Read more
They had one girl working the line and register while there is a line to the door and another man walking around neither of... them seemed too thrilled to be there. . The food was decent except the dill potatoes and mashed were barely warm. Sandwicheswere pretty good and the caramel cheesecake was awesome. If the cheesecake wasn?t so good it would of been 3 stars. We got this because it was on the T-Mobile Tuesday app so we decided to check it out for the kids. Admittedly I forgot to take... pics of their kids meals. I only had to pay less than a dollar for two kids meals thanks to T-Mobile. The kids said it wasbetween 2-3 stars. The Mac-N-Cheese was good, but the rice, mashed potatoes, and chicken were just OK they said. For the portionsizes I wouldn't be back for nearly $11. It seems expensive to me? Maybe not. The staff was friendly and the restaurantappearance was orderly and clean. All of the workers wore masks and gloves. Read more
