I went to this Starbucks today to get a coffee and buy a juice for my 1 year old who was having a meltdown. The baristas were so... kind and patient. There was an unhappy man who was staring at my son and I because of my son?s crying to the point where it mademe feel so uncomfortable I grabbed our drinks, my son, and walked out. One of the baristas then proceeded to run out to us andhanded me one of the Peter rabbit apple sauces for my son. Just this little act of kindness made me feel such a sense of relief.Thank you to these Starbucks baristas. Thank you so much. Read more

This location was on Palm Desert, CA...in early March. Nicely located store, very organized, covid protocols in place with... with health safety screens at the BARISTA cashier stands. Staff was very attentive, courteous, friendly & knowledgeable. Mydrinks were made perfect, so was my husband's beverage, who was very particular. The only gesture missed was an "upsell" tomake my experience complete as i could've tried a pastry to complement my drink. Will be my definite stop while we here in town& in the future. Read more
I have been coming to this Starbucks for 5 years and have never been disappointed. The customer service is what I expect from a... Starbucks, but they even go above and beyond that! I am always greeted so nicely by the whole team. Every single employee hasthe best customer service and always so sweet to me. They help start off my mornings right, and on top of that they make thebest drinks and always get my order correct and on point every time! It's located in a great spot on Paseo with great service. The reason it gets such a low rating has to do with retirement mafia... that grabs all the outdoor seating and sits there all morning. Not only do the same people grab all the seats every morning butthey are very loud making it impossible to have a conversation. I now go to the coffee bean located one block further down onPaseo. This Starbucks has always been a good Starbucks. It?s centrally located, near all the shops and Has great parking facilities at... the back. There is a little courtyard to sit outside when the weather is good, and it also has plenty of tables inside as well.The bathrooms are fairly clean too and the staff are friendly. Read more
