I am a burger lover and I am always on the hunt for a good ?burger joint? to satisfy my craving for this delectable meal. I... found this place and read the reviews, which were very good, so I met a great friend and decided to try it out. We went on aSaturday afternoon and got seated right away. The place started to fill up quickly. Gastro is not a big restaurant with about 10tables. We perused the menu and found a plentiful offering of burgers, 12 in all. Remember this is a ?burger joint? so theburger is the king in this restaurant. You also have a smattering of sandwiches, 4 salads and a small plate section. Theburgers offered at Gastro are different in the type of accouterments offered, very different in what you will find in otherburger establishments. It will take a while to read each description to find just the one that will satisfy your burgercraving. The service is very quick, and it doesn?t take very long from order to having that beautiful burger in front of youready for sampling. I ordered the Oinker, with thick pork belly over the burger accompanied by lettuce, arugula, crispy onions,fig sauce, and stone mustard aioli. I must say the arugula instead of standard lettuce, gave the burger a uniqueness I havenever tried in a burger. It was different but very good. The order came with a plentiful amount of fries that were hot a verytasting. So If you are a burger lover as I am, you must put Gastro Grind Burgers on your ?must do? list. We came through from the LA area to visit family here. Saw they had great reviews and just wanted a tasty burger. I had the... turkey burger and it was phenomenal. My husband was impressed with his burger too. It was quiet and not many people at lunchtime when we came in. Nice location, hidden gem. Had a great chat with the server. Very friendly and accommodating atmosphere. We talked about Guy Fieri's recent visit. I love triple D and it was so cool that the show had just recently filmed there.Wish this business the best of luck because I'm sure it will be more busy and packed next time we come back. We were doing a burger / pub crawl and came here first. Big mistake?leaving. We shared a burger that had a big piece of... poached lobster on top. Easily one of the best burgers of my life. Word of mouth brought me to try this place. I was craving burgers and figured id give this place a try. The customer service was... great. Because it was our first time they were generous with the portions giving us extra brussels sprouts. Beautiful lookinggood with a good taste. For the non meat eaters they do have impossible meat. Finally had the chance to dine in after taking out from here for several months. Really friendly service. This is my go to place... for burgers in the valley. Stop in you definitely won?t be disappointed. All the burgers and sandwiches are super tasty and Ilove how they have different buns and special aioli for each one.
