I want to give it five stars because the food is good but it's kind of hard when the employees are rude and don't ask you if you... want to donate your change and Roundup they just do it anyway without asking. Portions are small the price is high. The productis decent. Read more
Last night of our 2 week vacation at Westin Mission Hills Rancho Mirage. Packing up & decided to get the Hook & Ladder 12 inch... sub to share. It was so good. Plenty of very good quality Ham, Turkey, PepperCheese & rest of fixings. We chose to have it onwheat bread. Preferrred over their white. We are from Wisconsin & our town is finally going to have a Firehouse very soon. Anice change from the other chains. Looking forward to it. Read more
We had been so excited to finally try firehouse subs; however, we could not have had a worse experience. Based on our experience... I highly doubt it would be any different at any other location. 1st of all the chicken is shown in all the pictures anddescriptions as being sliced chicken. Instead the chicken is cubed; have you ever tried to eat a sandwich with cubed meat on it?See attached picture. Lastly, if the chicken actually embedded with black pepper, then one should disclose this because peopleare allergic to black pepper. Thank goodness I didn't eat it. But then as the picture showed that was going to be nearimpossible. Read more
Very small Subs very$$ expensive prices. I think if real fireman actually ran this place from their corporate headquarters each... one of their places would have big meaty delicious Subs nice delicious bread . Big Fat Subs like they do in New York Philly orChicago. I think the fireman sold out here they certainly would not eat these little tiny things and be full and satisfied. Not enough for one adult to eat much too small. And they are very expensive. The staff is very nice, the store is very cleanhowever get the subs the way they should be big giant fat delicious and really crispy outstanding red light New York. Read more
This is my favorite place to get subs. Maybe not everyone's, as their subs are very different than the standard fare you find at... Subway, but I think they are great. The "Club on a Sub" is especially tasty. I enjoy the firemen-themed decor and the fact thatthey contribute profits to fire prevention related charities. This is surely the greatest place to go if you are a fan of hotsauce. They have a selection of forty or fifty different sauces to choose from that you can put on your sub at no additionalcost, plus a tasty "house" sauce they make themselves. If you like any of them they have unopened bottles available for purchasethat you can take home. To top it off, they have one of those great Coke machines that lets you basically get any flavor ofCoke product you want. As of the time of this writing they are not very common, so it's always a great bonus to my visit. Wantcaffeine free diet cherry vanilla Coke? No problem! Read more
