Usually very good. Guys the way you put sauces in a bag matters. It matters a lot. See photos. Took off another star it's... seeping through the bag, don't toss lightly sealed fluids in the bag and Dr pepper devoid of syrup if not color. Read more
We waited at the counter for about 4 minutes before anyone acknowledge that we were there. It seemed like the regular worker was... the only one concerned with helping us because a manager walked right by and ignored us so that she could stock more hot saucethat was already overflowing. We love the del taco brand. This was a bad experience and a first for us. Read more
I love the epic burritos and drink the iced coffee. It?s easy to grab this food and stop there a lot . I worked at Del Taco 5... years. It?s fun to keep seeing fries and soda all day. Read more
I ordered two soft tacos, not enough beef, two chili cheese fries and not enough chili. Fries were practically refried. Double... del burger meat old. You can tell employees don't care. Read more
This store knows nothing about Q.S.C. or how to operate during a crisis. If you permit patrons to order or pickup inside then... treat us nicely. Most of us are picking up a delivery and we want the order to be correct, safely packaged, and properlyprepared. The pictures will show this store is dirty, poorly managed, with indifferent staff. Why is the floor, tables, anddining room filthy if no one is eating inside? It's because the kitchen is worse and no one cares. Stop treating people withanger or impatience. Learn what safety standards are and retrain the managers. Read more
Here at the restaurant... The place is so CLEAN! The staff and the manager should be VERY proud of the team working. I'm here... not long after the lunch rush... still the place is spotless... Not to be cruel, but the store at 34540 Monterey Ave, Palm Desert, CA 92211 smells like they have a sewage problem, which not... even the cooking smells could cover up. A professional plumber needs to take care of this issue right away. I guess I have asensitive nose, and couldn't stay to order food from this Del Taco. FIX IT! Read more
