Good spot but the service was slow. The staff was friendly. We think that they were short staffed today. Weird side note, I... asked for no pickles on my burger (just not a fan of pickles) and not only did my burger come with pickles in it but additionalpickles were brought on the side. Not sure what happened. Otherwise, the food was pretty good. Not sure if we would come back. Read more
It's a basic predictable Italian with limited wine selection. Did not meet my expectation.
Staff was welcoming, friendly, and provided excellent service. Butter & bread was delightful. The aged Parmesan they provided as... a snack was tasty. We ordered the calamari appetizer and it was perfectly seasoned with a nice crisp not overcooked or chewy.Main course was scrumptious all ingredients tasted fresh and cooked to perfection. We did not make it to dessert but drinks wererefreshing. This restaurant is a little hidden gem in the valley. I would definitely recommend to anyone who enjoys qualityfoods. Read more

Backstreet Bistro offers inside and outside patio seating. We had a delicious lunch that was fairly priced for the area. My... club sandwich was large - I took half of it home for dinner. The service was excellent. Helpful Hint: Great place to havelunch after shopping at El Paseo or after a visit to the Living Desert Zoo and Gardens. Plenty of parking. Read more
First time there, and my friend and I only decided to have lunch there because Guillermo's was closed unexpectedly. But we were... so glad they were, because from the moment we dropped into Backstreet Bistro until we left, absolutely everything about theexperience was a delight! The greeting we got was friendly and welcoming, the patio was charming and comfortable, and the foodwas fabulous! (I had the turkey/avocado/bacon/ swiss sandwich on walnut cranberry bread, and she had sand dabs.) I can't wait togo back! Read more
